Refund Policy for The Legacy Healthcare

Effective Date: September 28, 2026

1. General Policy At The Legacy Healthcare, we are committed to providing a high-quality, 100% online educational experience. Because our Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) program involves immediate access to digital resources, administrative setup, and limited cohort seating, our refund guidelines are strictly enforced.

2. Registration Fee The initial $350 registration fee required to secure your seat in the program is non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative costs of onboarding, student portal setup, and securing your place in the upcoming cohort.

3. Tuition Refunds If you choose to withdraw from the CCMA program after paying your full tuition or starting a payment plan, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the tuition portion under the following conditions:

Within [7] Days: If you request a withdrawal within [7] days of your official cohort start date, and have completed less than [20%] of the online coursework, you are eligible for a full refund of any tuition paid (minus the non-refundable $350 registration fee).
After [7] Days: No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests made after [7] days from the course start date, or if you have completed more than [20%] of the online modules.

4. Course Dismissal Students who are dismissed from the program due to a violation of academic integrity, failure to adhere to the student code of conduct, or non-payment of tuition are not eligible for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund To initiate a withdrawal and request a refund, you must submit a formal written request to our administrative team. Please include your full name, enrollment date, and the reason for withdrawal.

6. Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days of approval.
