These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your enrollment in our online Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) program. By accessing our site, purchasing our services, or enrolling in our program, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Program Description The Legacy Healthcare provides a 100% online educational training program designed to prepare students for CCMA certification. We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve any course materials, platforms, or curriculum requirements at our discretion to maintain high educational standards.

3. Enrollment and Payments To secure a seat in our online CCMA cohort, students must pay a $350 registration fee, which applies toward the total program tuition of $6,000. All payments are processed securely through our third-party checkout platform (Systeme.io). By submitting payment information, you authorize The Legacy Healthcare and our designated payment processors to charge the applicable fees.

4. Refund Policy All refunds—including the non-refundable nature of the initial registration fee and the strict timeline for eligible tuition refunds—are governed by our official Refund Policy. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property All content provided on this website and within the CCMA program—including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, virtual modules, and curriculum materials—is the exclusive property of The Legacy Healthcare. Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal educational purposes only. You may not copy, share, distribute, screen-record, or sell any of our course materials or your login credentials.

6. Student Conduct and Academic Integrity As a student, you are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. You agree not to:

• Share your student portal login credentials with any third party.

• Plagiarize, cheat, or submit work that is not entirely your own.

• Harass, threaten, or disrupt instructors, staff, or fellow students. Violation of these rules of conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the CCMA program without a refund.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Legacy Healthcare, its owners, and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, participation in our online program, or any career or medical decisions made based on the information provided in our courses.
